Compute on an island of its own.

aitoll runs AI infrastructure on a private, uninhabited island in the Maldives. The island makes its own power, cools its servers without freshwater and reaches the continent over fiber. Your workload does not depend on a neighbour, a city grid or a shared building.

Services

Six ways to use the island.

Pick how much you want to run yourself. The first three are billed by the hour and climb from raw chips to finished work. The last three give you dedicated capacity for steady or sensitive workloads.

aitoll chip
per GPU-hour

Raw GPU capacity in a liquid-cooled hall. You bring the models, the code and the orchestration.

  • On demand for experiments and bursts
  • Training, fine-tuning and inference on Blackwell-class hardware
  • Your own software stack, end to end
For AI teams, labs, researchersPrice at launch
aitoll model
per model-hour

A model that is already running on dedicated capacity. You stop managing drivers, clusters and scaling.

  • A running model, kept on dedicated capacity
  • Your application and data stay yours
  • Capacity grows with your load
For enterprises, public sectorPrice at launch
aitoll agent
per agent-hour

A ready-to-run agent workstation for a telecom role, powered by Noosphere. You buy the outcome, not the stack.

  • A finished role with tools, prompts and workflow
  • Priced by the work done, such as a handled contact or a tender response
  • Runs next to the model it uses
For telecom operatorsPrice at launch
Reserved clusters
fixed size, fixed term

A GPU cluster set aside for you for a fixed term. Steady training or inference without waiting in a queue.

  • Guaranteed capacity for the whole term
  • Sized to your job, from one rack up
  • Same hall and same fiber as on-demand chips
For steady workloadsPrice at launch
Colocation
your hardware, our hall

Bring your own servers into a liquid-cooled hall. We provide power, cooling, space, the fiber link and access control.

  • Your hardware, your configuration
  • Power from the island's solar and battery system
  • Direct fiber from the hall to the continent
For operators, large AI teamsPrice at launch
Private halls
single tenant

Dedicated space nobody else uses, for workloads where ownership, location and compliance must be clear on paper.

  • Single-tenant hardware and rooms
  • Encryption keys held by you
  • No telemetry sent out by default, every administrator action logged
For sovereign and regulated usePrice at launch

How it starts

From a first conversation to a running workload.

STEP 1

Pre-register

Tell us who you are and what capacity you expect to need. No payment, no commitment.

STEP 2

Describe the workload

Training, inference, an agent role or your own hardware. We match it to one of the six services.

STEP 3

Agree terms

Capacity, term, data location and who holds the keys are written down before anything runs.

STEP 4

Connect by fiber

Your workload runs on the island. Traffic reaches you over the fiber link to the continent.

Independence

An island that depends on no one.

A city data center is only as safe as its grid, its water supply, its street and its local network. The island has its own answer to each of these, so your data is not exposed to what happens next door.

Typical city site
aitoll island
Power
Public grid. Outages and price swings reach you.
Own solar and battery storage carry the load around the clock. Diesel is backup only.
Cooling water
Municipal or river water, shared with the city.
Closed liquid loop. 0 L of freshwater drawn for cooling.
Neighbours
A shared building, street and risk profile.
Uninhabited island. Nobody next door, a site not shared with anyone.
Access
Public roads and ordinary doors.
Controlled access by sea and air. Single-tenant halls.
Network
Local carriers and shared city routes.
Our own fiber link from the island to the continent.

Design targets for the first phase. Fiber route, capacity and carrier details are confirmed before launch and published then.

Your data has one way out: the fiber.

Whatever you place on aitoll hardware stays in the hall on the island. It leaves only over the fiber link, and only when your own application sends it.

Your teams Office, cloud or customers Continent Cable landing station internet fiber optic under the sea THE ISLAND Data hall Your hardware Your keys Solar + battery Cooling loop

An outage elsewhere does not reach you

A failure on a city grid or water main is not your failure. The island produces and stores its own power and cools in a closed loop.

No strangers next to your hardware

Halls are single-tenant and the site is not shared with neighbours. Nobody lives on the island.

One door, and you hold the key

Fiber is the only network path out of the island, and encryption keys can stay with you.

Security

Five layers between your data and everyone else.

Each layer is built into the site and the contract, not added later.

Physical isolation

An island perimeter with controlled access by sea and air, single-tenant halls and a site not shared with neighbours.

Private network

A dedicated fiber link to a cable landing station on the continent, with routes that can use more than one international system.

Data under your control

Dedicated hardware, encryption keys held by the client, no telemetry sent out by default, every administrator action logged.

Clear legal footing

A Maldives-registered operator with a transparent ownership chain. The Uninhabited Islands and Lagoons Act sets leases of 21 years, extendable up to 50.

Screened access

End-user screening in line with applicable export-control rules. The Maldives is in Country Group B under US export rules.

These are design commitments for the first phase. Audit scope and any certifications are announced before launch. Regulatory statements are general information, not legal advice; customers should confirm their own compliance position.

Questions

What customers ask first.

Where does my data live?

On hardware in a hall on the island. It leaves only over the fiber link, when your own application sends it.

What happens if the fiber link is cut?

The design intends routes over more than one international cable system. Workloads that run entirely on the island keep running while a link is repaired. Route and redundancy details are published with the carrier agreements before launch.

What if the weather is bad for solar?

The battery carries the load through the night and through short spells. Diesel generators stand by for rare cloudy periods and are not the main source.

How much does it cost?

Prices are announced at launch. Our intent is GPU capacity below the on-demand list prices of the major GPU clouds, and agents priced by the work they do.

When can I start?

Launch is targeted for the second quarter of 2027. Pre-registered customers get first access.

Tell us what you want to run on the island.

Pre-registration involves no payment and no commitment. Write with your name, organization and the capacity you expect to need, and say which service fits.
